    There is a saying that health is wealth. Health has been compared to wealth because life is more valuable than wealth and its refuge is body and health.

    But we are constantly wasting our precious health due to some habitual reasons. People are slaves to habit. Some of our bad habits are taking away our health day after day. So we should be careful about our health. Because life cannot be enjoyed without good health.

    There are several rules to keep yourself healthy:


    • Healthy food: 

    Eat healthy food to stay healthyTake moderate amounts of food according to the rules of food pyramid. Your food and cooking furniture must be clean and sterile.


    • Healthy environment: 

    Where you live, your home and surroundings must be clean and pollution free.


    • Clean Hygiene: 

    You must always be clean and wear clean clothes.


    • Avoiding lazy living: 

    Lazy living is an obstacle to well-being. Work hard to stay healthy, keep yourself busy and avoid laziness.


    • Refrain from drugs: 

    Do not tell drugs and other drugs to stay healthy.


    • Go to bed early at night and wake up early in the morning.


    • Exercise: 

    Get up in the morning and exercise your immune system through the necessary exercises that will help you stay healthy.


    • Maintaining time:

     It is very important to eat and sleep on time to stay healthy.


    • Check-up: 

    Get yourself checked by an experienced doctor from time to time and get proper treatment if there is any problem.


    • Excessive thinking: 

    Keep yourself away from excessive thinking. Take recreation if necessary.


    • Mind Refresh: 

    The same kind of work or worldly busyness bothers people every day. So at least one day a week to get rid of the monotony to go somewhere.


    • Anxiety-free and recreational: 

    Anxiety consumes wellness. So participate in recreational activities to stay healthy.
