    • Typing

    • Working on the computer

    • Long time hand work

    • Using a microscope

    • Sleep in a very cold room

    • Sleep with head and neck in abnormal position.

    •In case of cold and flu.

    • Excessive pressure on the eyes.

    •Smoking

    • If the nose is closed.

    • Physical weakness.


    Treatment:

    The key to getting rid of it is to know the real cause of your headache. Keep track of when and for what purpose you are in pain and keep track of how long it lasts. If necessary, write this information in the diary.


    It has been found that bathing with hot or cold water in some cases relieves such headaches.


    Try to stay tension free and say goodbye to this pain.


    Medications: 

    NSAIDs can be taken. Antidepressants can also be used. Medications that stretch the muscles are also given to the patient.


    Some preventative tips:


    • Stay warm if it is cold.

    • Can change pillows.

    • Get proper sleep and adequate sleep.

    • Change the same situation for a long time while working or studying.
